The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Payroll Professional with a strong combination of technical payroll expertise and accounting fundamentals. The ideal candidate will have experience managing payroll across Singapore, India, China, Australia, and Japan, so experience in any of these countries is what we’re looking for.
Here’s what we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of payroll experience in APAC countires
• Strong accounting knowledge, including: Payroll reconciliations, Journal entries, Month-end close support
• MUST have experience in ADP
• Experience working within a SOX-controlled environment and understanding of internal controls.
• Knowledge of labor laws, social security regulations, and payroll tax compliance.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar cloud-based ERP systems.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
